Lady Lightbug is the main antagonist of the 2005 short Mr. Incredible and Pals. She is depicted as a communist agent who destroys the West River bridge in an effort to sabotage America's economy. She is not seen in any other forms of Incredibles medium. Her only known superpower is that she can produce "radioactive silk", which is seen when she traps Frozone in it, near the end of the four-minute short.
In a commentary recorded by the real Frozone and Mr. Incredible, it was noted that Lady Lightbug was a fictional creation made for the cartoon for US propaganda purposes and does not really exist in the Incredibles universe.
