Brainstorm is a superhero who appeared in Incredibles 2.
Biography[]
Brainstorm appeared near the end of Incredibles 2 as one of the attendees of Winston Deavor's legalization of Supers. He was an aspiring Super with the ability to levitate and much more. Despite his wishes to be a Super, he was unable to do so because the act of vigilantism was illegal. However, Winston Deavor presumably gave William some assistance, as he appeared at Deavor's Super legalization ceremony after the defeat of Screenslaver.

Judging by his name, Brainstorm likely possesses either mental or psionic superpowers, similar to Everseer and Psycwave. The only confirmed superpower he possesses is the ability to levitate and possibly fly.
