William Everett "Bud" Luckey (born July 28, 1934 - died February 24, 2018) was an American animator, cartoonist, musician, singer, designer, and voice actor who voiced Rick Dicker in The Incredibles as well as in the short film Jack-Jack Attack. He was a Pixar story artist well known for his distinctive deep and gravelly voice. He died on February 24, 2018 at the age of 83 years old at his home in Newtown, Connecticut, due to a stroke. Incredibles 2 was dedicated to him.
