In The Incredibles and Incredibles 2, they both had scenes that were cut from the film. Most of the known deleted scenes are found on Blu-Ray and Disney+.
The Incredibles[]
Alternate Opening[]

Bob and Helen are new to the neighborhood and were at a neighborhood barbecue. Things got out of hand when Bob got distracted from listening to Helen and one of the neighbors get into an argument. Later, an unexpected guest arrives at their house.
Bob and Helen were talking to Mike. Mike announced that they were his new neighbors to everyone at the barbecue. Helen was also carrying Violet, who was an infant. Then, they meet a neighbor named Beth. She was a commodities broker and finds it easy. Beth asks what Helen does. Helen says she’s a homemaker, she also mentions that even though they only have one child, it can still be a challenge. Then, Violet sneezes on Helen and grosses Beth a bit. Helen was about to say something else but Beth just walks away, which annoys Helen. Then, Bob and Helen meet someone named Dick Schaffer. Mike asks if Bob can help him chop the steaks, while Helen wanders off and talks to someone else.
As Helen is about to talk to someone, she hears Beth saying she wouldn’t want to give up her job just to take care of some kids and says she wants to do something with her life. This annoys Helen. She asks her if she considers raising a family nothing. Beth says it’s fine, if she’s not suited for more substantial things. Then, Helen starts to lecture her about how much effort is put into parenting. She mentions she had to give up saving lives, risking her life, and even confront evil to raise a family. Beth apologizes and said she didn’t mean to offend her and asks what she used to do. Helen doesn't know what to say and hesitates.
Suddenly, somebody screams. Bob looks down to see that he accidentally cut the knife where his fingers were. Because of his strength, it didn’t cut him and left an indentation on the knife. Bob had to pretend he actually cut his fingers off. Bob starts screaming and flags Helen to come over. As people start to crowd around him, Bob throws the knife away and looks below the table. He pours ketchup on his hand to make it look like it’s bleeding and shows everyone. Realizing what’s going on, Helen starts pretending to freak out. Mike says to call an ambulance but Helen quickly says she’ll take him. They race off in the car.
Bob cleans off the ketchup and teases Helen that she doesn’t even know where the hospital is. They start to laugh about what just happened. Unfortunately for Bob, he’s gonna have to wear bandages for a couple of months and then some scar makeup after that. At the barbecue, Dick finds the knife that Bob used with the indentations in it. Then, he calls someone on the phone saying he found them.
Later that night, Bob and Helen hear someone break into their house. Bob decides to go deal with it. As the robber steals their stuff, Bob sneaks up to him, then tells him to not move. Bob asks about the stuff the robber’s stealing, then the robber shocks him. The robber unmasked himself, revealing himself as Syndrome. Syndrome tells Bob not to act surprised, and he knew his real name. He thinks it’s funny how Bob thought getting a new life would’ve solved his last one, and that he’s have to know that he’s be back to settle accounts. The prison doesn’t even know he’s escaped yet.
Bob is about to leap on Syndrome but Syndrome freezes him in place. Syndrome rams Bob on the wall and the ceiling. Then, he yells to Bob and Helen’s room to not bother calling the police because he cut the wire and to just leave the scene. Then, he repeatedly rams Bob into the ceiling. He then smashes Bob through the wall into the kitchen. Then, Helen sees what’s going on. Syndrome tells her that he said she can go. He’ll let her live if she leaves. Then he freezes Bob in place again. Helen walks toward the door but stretches her arms and trips Syndrome and the remote that freezes them in place deactivated. Then, Bob and Helen try leaping on Syndrome but he freezes them both in place. Syndrome was surprised that Bob married Elastigirl. Then, he hears Violet crying in her room. He was even more surprised that they had a kid. He remarks that it’s a whole family of supers. He tells Bob that he’s breaking the law, that supers can’t breed.
Then, Syndrome heads towards Violet’s room, taking Bob and Helen with him. He looks inside the crib but doesn’t see anyone there, but can still hear Violet. He takes a closer look and Violet spits on him. In disgust, Syndrome accidentally drops Helen and Bob. Helen goes to Violet and picks her up. Then, Syndrome freezes her in place. Bob sees a mirror and rolls it in front of Syndrome. His ray reflects on the mirror making him freeze himself. Helen walks to the living room while Bob points the mirror up causing Syndrome to hit the ceiling.
In the living room, Helen smells gas. They both see a broken gas pipe, they turn around to see the lit fireplace, and the gas was getting close to it. Bob tells Helen to hold onto him. Bob grabs Violet while Helen holds onto Bob. Bob breaks the wall to get out and Helen grabs the top of a lamppost and they all get on top of it right before the house explodes. Then, Violet becomes visible again. In the distance, there are sirens and everyone in the neighborhood wakes up because of the commotion.
Snug[]
Snug was originally going to be the pilot of the plane when Helen goes to Nomanisan Island. Unfortunately, not everyone makes it out alive.
Helen's on the phone with Snug and asks if he has anything that's fast. Snug looks out the window and sees a jet. Later, Helen, Dash, and Violet go meet Snug at the airport. Soon, they're on their way to Nomanisan Island to see what Bob's doing. Snug mentioned that he hasn't asked why they're going to a mysterious island and Helen's appreciates that. Snug says that old friends don't need to since they trust each other. He also mentions that he'd fly her anywhere, even if she was having marriage problems. The statement annoyed Helen a bit. Snug asks what her instinct tells her. Helen says it tells her to prepare for the worst. Snug says he'd trust it.
After Helen changes into her supersuit, the radar starts beeping. She and Snug see missiles flying towards them. While Snug flies the plane and dodges missiles, Violet, Dash, and Helen are flying around the cabin. Snug is still trying to avoid the missiles and Helen tells Violet to put a force field around the plane. Violet thought they weren't supposed to use their powers while Helen tells her to listen to her. Dash sees the missiles outside the plane while Helen yells at Violet to put in a force field. Right before the missiles hit the plane, Helen wraps around Dash and Violet as the plane explodes.
Helen's unconscious while Violet and Dash are falling from the plane. Helen wakes up and catches both of them and turns into a parachute. When they hit the water, Helen tells Dash and Violet to calm down. Suddenly, Helen sees a big piece of the plane falling towards them. Helen pushes both of the kids underwater and they narrowly avoid it. As Dash and Violet swim back up, Helen watches the plane sink. Then, she sees the cap that Snug wore floating back up. Helen swims back up to see the kids panicking and she tells both of them to get a grip. Then, Dash asks about Snug. Helen shakes her head knowing he didn't make it.
Vipers[]
Soon after the plane exploded, Syndrome's guards were going to check the area to make sure Helen, Dash, and Violet didn't survive in Viper planes.
Helen's morphed into a boat while Dash pushes it across the ocean. Then, Mr. Incredible sees the guards leaving the island. Helen and the kids hide underwater to avoid being spotted while the Vipers pass. Viper 1 thinks he saw something and told Viper 2 to check it out. Helen's bag was floating and right before Viper 2 passed it, someone pulled it down. Viper 2 joins the others to the debris field. Viper 1 reported that there are no survivors and went back to base.
After the Vipers pass, Helen and the kids go to the surface to breathe. Dash asks if they were the bad guys. Helen says yes while Violet asks if Bob's working for them. Helen says no and Violet wanted to know what's going on. Helen says they're going to find out.

As the criminal rides between the stopped cars, Bob holds out his hand and the criminal hits it, making him fall off his motorcycle. Bob grabs him and tries to nicely hand him over to the cops. As the police arrest the criminal, they tell Bob to get back into his car since it's police business. Bob argues that he was only helping. The cop tells him again to get back into his car but Bob tries to argue. The traffic started to move and people were complaining to Bob. Bob went back into his car and drove away.

Bob says that he just had it cleaned but Helen doesn't believe him. Helen gives him an angry look and Bob asks if there was a problem. There was a problem. First, she tells him that he shouldn't have taken out his supersuit when they're supposed to be in hiding. Bob told her that he said it was a costume. Second, she thought it was weird that he needed his supersuit clean right before his business trip.
Helen argues that if Bob wanted it to be cleaned then he could've taken it to her. Helen walks over to Bob's case where he keeps his supersuit and takes out a strand of hair. She shows it to Bob and asks what it is. Bob says it's a hair but Helen wants to know who it's from. Bob says it's the cleaner and Helen mentions the color. Bob tries to argue that it's white old lady hair from the cleaner. Bob angrily tells her to ask what she wants to ask.
Helen asks if Bob's having an affair. Bob sarcastically says he's having one with the old lady, and that he had to have her. Bob says that he was feeling good for once and just wanted the supersuit cleaned. He leaves the study and Helen feels bad about their argument.

A nurse knocks on the door and says that Bob was asking for Rick. Rick says he'll be there in a minute.
School Prank[]
As Mr. Kropp does his boring lecture, Dash is up to mischief.
Mr. Kropp states that students have complained about memorizing useless facts just for tests, and that he doesn't care. He says he works all day for a low wage and doesn't want any guff. The students stare at him, confused, so Mr. Kropp starts explaining while writing on the chalk board, with a very squeaky chalk.
After he's done, he turns around with a paper that says "I AM AN IDIOT" on his back. The students laugh and he quickly turns around. Mr. Kropp doesn't see anything that the students were laughing at and turns back to the board. Another paper appears on his back that says "SEE?" Mr. Kropp turns around once again because of the laughing. As he looks at the class, Dash is writing on another paper. Mr. Kropp turns to the board and has Dash's paper that says "SHHHH! WATCH ME SIT ON A TACK."

Incredibles 2[]
Suburban Escape[]

The opening to the Incredibles 2 was going to be right after the Parrs get Jack-Jack back. Since phones aren't portable at the time, they had to find a way to call Rick without being seen.
From a distance, a car is thrown up to the jet and it explodes. Elastigirl gets down and the debris fall down over them. Fortunately, Violet protected them with her force field. Afterwards, they hear some sirens. Elastigirl didn't want to explain what happened so she and Mr. Incredible decided to escape the scene without being seen. They all hide in a bush in their neighbor's backyard. Elastigirl is annoyed that Mr. Incredible's plan is to hide in the bushes. Mr. Incredible says that isn't his plan and that they need to get to a phone to call Rick. He thinks they should find a payphone but Elastigirl disagrees. As they argue about the plan, Violet tells Dash to tell them that she went to call Rick when they notice she's gone.
Violet goes invisible and out of the bush. She goes over a fence and and walks in someone's backyard. She opens the back door of a house and uses their landline phone. As she puts in the number, the dog notices her and runs towards her. She quickly rings Rick, walks outside and closes the door before the dog could get to her. At the NSA, Rick is about to leave until he hears the phone ring, he picks it up. Violet tells him what's going on. Then the dog starts pulling on the phone cord. When Violet finished the call, she put back the phone and the dog ran outside.
Frozone and Honey[]
Originally, Honey was going to make a physical appearance, but Brad Bird thought it would've been funnier if Honey only made an off-screen appearance.
The tunneler is going through the city while Honey watches from her apartment. She quickly gets a remote and presses a button. She grabs Lucius' supersuit and then goes into the living room. Lucius sees that Honey took his supersuit and asks where it is. Honey says she's washing it while she tries to hide it under the couch cushions, but they keep popping up. Honey tries hiding it in the book shelf but that doesn't work. Then, she puts it in a kitchen cabinet and quickly grabs a newspaper and pretends to read it. Lucius comes in the kitchen trying to find it and argues that he always keeps it clean and ready for action. Then, Lucius sees Honey quickly glance at the spot she hid the suit. He freezes her feet in place and grabs the suit from the cabinet. Honey frees herself from the ice and then tackles Lucius.
Chewed Out[]
This scene got into the film, but it was a shortened version. This time, the police were going to interrogate the kids.
In the interrogation room, Mr. Incredible and the detective were arguing about whether they should've tried to intervene. Mr. Incredible's upset that they would've rather that they'd do nothing. Then, Elastigirl mentions that they didn't say anything when they stopped the Omnidroid. The detective said it was because they won. Annoyed, Elastigirl thinks that they support them as long as they win. The other detective said that they don't officially support them, they let it slide. Both of the detectives leave.
In another room, Dash and Violet are being interrogated. The detective asks them a few questions and Violet tells Dash not to answer them. Then, the detective asks if Jack-Jack has powers. Violet also says not to answer it, but the detective starts yelling at them saying they should answer his questions. He angrily asks again and Dash says no. Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl walk out of the room, then they see Dash and Violet being yelled by the detective. Mr. Incredible furiously tries to stop the detective from yelling at the kids while Elastigirl tries to stop him from going in. Mr. Incredible breaks through the wall and tells that detective that Dash and Violet were only kids. Then, a bunch of cops point their guns at Mr. Incredible.
Kari Revisited[]
Bob and Helen go visit Kari because they wanted to ask some questions about babysitting Jack-Jack. Kari's parents, mostly her father, are upset that after the babysitting job, Kari hasn't been the same since.
Bob and Helen arrive at the McKeen's house. Nancy, Kari's mother, opens the door and greets them. Helen says that they had trouble getting them on the phone. Jess, Kari's father, says the same thing to them. Bob tells them that they were staying in a motel and Helen mentions that something happened to their house. Nancy remembers about the plane and tries to remind Jess. Helen says that the house was empty and Jess was mad that Kari could've been in there.
Bob says that they want to talk to Kari. Jess complains that they were supposed to be back in the evening but they left Kari there overnight into the next day. Helen apologizes and tells them that it wasn't planned and that the kids surprised her. Nancy thinks Kari got overwhelmed from taking care of Jack-Jack. Jess says she's been twitchy ever since while Nancy tries to argue that she calmed down.
Then, Kari comes downstairs to talk to Bob and Helen. Helen asks her if she noticed anything odd. Kari says not that she remembers and it's a blank. Helen mentions the phones messages but Kari doesn't remember them. Bob mentions Jack-Jack and then Kari just giggles. Jess says that's what he meant by "twitchy". Nancy argues that she's fine. Helen says Kari did a great job babysitting and asks her about Jack-Jack being normal. Kari says yes multiple times. Helen asks if anything out of the ordinary happened. Kari says not that she remembers. She mentions that she and Jack-Jack did flashcards. Helen's confused that Kari's saying Jack-Jack's normal but sent the phone messages about him. Before she can ask anything else, Kari's parents step in and stop her from asking.
Jess says Kari's out of the babysitting business. He's about to close the door but hesitates a bit and says sorry for their house and then closes the door. Behind the door, Jess and Nancy argue about the Parrs. Jess doesn't want Kari to have anything to do with them while Nancy doesn't want him to be rude. Jess thinks something's not right about the Parrs. Bob and Helen walk away feeling bad about the situation.
Slow Day[]

Originally, on Elastigirl's first day, she was going to help Winston get some footage for a TV show. Unfortunately, Elastigirl fights the crimes too fast for anything interesting to happen.
In New Urbem, Elastigirl and Winston are waiting for crime in a limo. Elastigirl thinks it's a bit awkward waiting in a limo, but Winston says he doesn't want her standing around being seen before she jumps into action. Then, Elastigirl sees a purse snatcher. The criminal runs right next to the limo and Elastigirl punches him, making him go unconscious. Winston was impressed, but he didn't want the action to be over so quickly and complains that she didn't even get out of the limo. He wanted people to worry for her.
Then, Elastigirl sees someone breaking into someone's car. The criminal notices Elastigirl behind him and runs away. Elastigirl lets him run for a few seconds, then, she chases him through an ally way. Then, the criminal points a gun at Elastigirl but she hits it out of his hand and punches him, making him slightly dazed. Soon, the criminal drops to the floor and looks at the gun. Elastigirl just decides to forget it and knocks the criminal out.
After reviewing the footage, the total time was two minutes and seventeen seconds. Winston suggests repeating it in slow-motion but that was already done, then he tries to add the interview with Elastigirl, but that was already there too. Winston was frustrated that there was no action or anything exciting. Elastigirl tells him that there isn't going to be any action no matter how hard they try. Winston says that they're screwed at that point, which worries Elastigirl a bit.
That evening, Helen goes inside her hotel room and lies on the bed. Then, the phone rings and Helen picks it up. It was Bob wondering how Helen was doing. Helen doesn't really want to talk about her day. She says she was either too fast or the criminals were too slow. Bob says that she’s doing great and that they’re all counting on her. Helen is starting to doubt herself, then Bob starts to joke around a bit. He says that he lost connection and was talking to Elastigirl but is now talking to some insecure woman. Helen gets a bit of a laugh from it. Bob reassures Helen and she starts to feel better. They soon hang up with Bob feeling happy for Helen.
Security Breakdown[]

Bob was going to visit Edna but her security system starts to malfunction and attacks Bob.
Lucius is in the garage looking at the Incredibile when Bob walks in. Lucius asks that Bob stole the Incredibile. Bob makes a point that it was his car. He gets in and drives off. Bob decides to go to Edna's place. When he pulls up, he states his name. Edna's at the security room and sees that Bob is outside. When Bob says he's Mr. Incredible, the computer starts malfunctioning.
Edna tells Bob that the security system malfunctioned. Then, Bob sees a gun on the fence point at him and he drives backwards just as it shoots. The Incredibile goes into it's weapon mode and shoots the gun. Bob drives up to the laser fence and pushes the rocket boost button, making the Incredibile hop over the fence. As Bob drives up the driveway, the security camera sees him and then a gun starts shooting mines. They explode in front of Bob making him have to turn off-road, with the remaining mines following him.
Edna is trying to shut off the security system but she's unable to. Then, she spots the main power switch. She runs to it but her machines grab her and keep her from reaching it. As Bob avoids the mines, he asks Edna if her lab's below the pool. She doesn't answer but he takes the chance. He hops over the statue making the mines destroy it, and lands in the pool. Bob sees that some of the mines also landed in the pool. He shoots his rocket launchers and puts a hole in the wall, making water flood into the chamber. Bob ejects himself from his car and the mines flow to the window. They explode causing the water and Bob to come in.
Edna gets loose to the machine and stands on a table. Some more guns start to fire at Bob while he runs to the door. He avoids all of them and Edna pushes a button to open the door and they run through. Edna says her system was hijacked and Bob was they'll have to kill the power supply. Another gun aims at Bob and Edna but Bob throws a statue before it could fire. Bob asks how hard it'll be and Edna was it'll be hard and that she's very secure.
Then, they both run through a hall, then, as Edna is about to pass another hall, a gun shoots at her. She and Bob hide behind the corner. Bob asks what caliber they are. Edna gives him a confused look and Bob asks the question again. She says she doesn't know, it was what ever the "gun person" recommended. Then, Bob sees some artwork that he could throw at it. He tries to grab a statue of a head but Edna doesn't want him to. Bob tries to grab one of the other three but Edna doesn't want him to either. He says he has to throw something. Edna decides to let him throw the head.
Bob throws it and it made the camera loose signal. As Bob and Edna run down the hall, Bob hits another camera, then two more. Then, Bob sees a table and takes it with him, and taking off the stand. He runs to Edna's living room and throws it at the gun in there. Then, he steps on the camera. He and Edna run up to the roof. Bob asks where the backup switch was. Edna points to where it is. The camera tracked where they are and a gun inside made a laser that shot upwards to hit the ceiling.
Bob was half-way up the ladder when it went through to the roof and nearly hit Edna. He hops off while Edna is backed in the corner of the roof. The laser beam hits the corner that Edna's on making it fall. Bob runs to her and catches her. Bob and Edna run across the roof as the laser follows them. Bob gives Edna a boost to the power switch and she shuts it off.
Bob and Edna are inside as Bob pours some wine in two glasses. Bob looks at Edna wondering if she's going to take the glass, Edna says she doesn't drink and it's for guests. Bob tries to take the glass but Edna takes it and drinks it. She sets it down and Bob pours more in and she drinks it. Bob says he feels bad but Edna quickly says she has insurance. Bob was going to say something but Edna interrupts saying it again. Bob asks how she'll explain it. Edna says malfunction. Bob says it was different and that when he said he was Mr. Incredible the computer didn't like him. Edna says that wasn't her computer.
Fashion Show[]

With Bob having trouble with Jack-Jack, he asks Edna to watch him for a bit. Edna's in the middle of a fashion show at the moment and Jack-Jack wanders off.
Bob is outside carrying Jack-Jack and sees a crowd. He tries to get inside but a security guard stops him and tells him he's not on the list. Bob tells him that he a friend of Edna's and would like to come in. The security guard says that he's not listed therefore he can't help him. Bob hits him and knocks him out for a bit. Then, the crowd starts to try to run inside. Bob quickly closes the door so they can't get in. Inside, Bob sees Edna walk by. He quickly runs to catch up with her. Edna sees Bob and asks what he's doing there.
Edna assumes Bob's there for the fashion show and asks why he has a sudden interest in fashion. Bob explains that Helen's out of town doing superhero work. Edna starts to get interested. Bob whispers to her that Jack-Jack has many powers. He's operating on no sleep and that Jack-Jack's unpredictable. While Bob was explaining, Edna was trying to tell him that Jack-Jack's missing. Bob finally hears Edna and looks down. He hears laughing coming from the runway.
Jack-Jack was following a model. He then grabs the model's dress. The dress had glitter and then Jack-Jack turned into glitter. the model is freaked out and then Jack-Jack starts following her. Bob quickly runs after Jack-Jack. While walking back from Jack-Jack, the model falls off but the crowd catches her. Jack-Jack was about to fall off but Bob catches him. He looks up and sees everyone taking pictures.
Then, he and Edna are in a dressing room. Then, someone knocks on the door. The guy says the audience wants Edna to take and bow and Jack-Jack. Bob doesn't want Jack-Jack out there again. Edna says she'll come last and also says no to Jack-Jack coming. Bob tells her that's what he's talking about. Edna says interested in helping.
Restaurant Robbery[]
While Bob and Jack-Jack go into the bathroom, there is a robbery in the restaurant. Dash and Violet decide to deal with it.
After Violet storms off into the bathroom, Bob smells Jack-Jack's diaper and goes to the bathroom to change it, leaving Dash by himself. Then, Dash notices two men looking suspicious. Violet comes back still mad at Bob. Then, the two men put on masks and pull out guns. They both tell everyone to put their hands up. Dash and Violet quietly argue on if they should intervene. Dash says that even if Violet won't help, he's going to to something. Violet says that mean she'll have to get involved too.
Violet goes under the table and takes off her clothes and goes invisible. As the robbers are about to walk out, Violet uses a force field to trip one of them. The other robber shoots his gun but Violet traps him in a force field and the bullet bounces around inside. Then, the bullet hits the robber on the shoulder. Dash runs to him and hits him. The robber that Violet tripped runs out the door and Dash runs after him. The robber races off in his car while Dash grabs a brick and runs towards him.
As the robber goes down the road, Dash catches up. He runs up to the passenger side and throws the brick to break the window. Dash gets inside and punches the robber, making him go unconscious.
The driver's foot presses harder on the gas peddle, making the car go faster. Dash turns the steering wheel and avoids traffic and people. He sees the police station and turns into it. He jumps out and lets the car crash into the entrance of the station. At the restaurant, Bob comes up and sees police. Just as he's looking at the scene, Dash quickly runs back to his seat. Bob was disappointed he missed an attempted robbery and asks where Violet is. Then, Violet comes and sits next to Dash. Bob figures out something's up.
In the car, Bob was mad that the kids interfered. Bob says that they could've been seen, but he was proud of them but he needed to talk to Helen.
Late Audition[]
Winston was wanting a show to entertain people. So, he let Supers audition for him. After Winston was done with the day, somebody wanted to audition last minute. Winston lets him but didn't like his performance. Turns out, the person auditioning doesn't like rejection.
Winston is leaving the office and sees someone sitting on the couch. He tells him that the auditions are over for that day. The man said that no one told him that they were done and that he waited all day. Winston says he can come back tomorrow. Then, the man asks if he's Mr. Deavor. Winston says yes. The man shakes Winston's hand and says his name is Russ Standswell. Russ asks if there's any way he could audition for Winston. Winston decides to give him five minutes.
In the audition room, Winston tells Russ to just show him what he can do. Russ says that he's going for the element of surprise. He says that he's wiry. As a result, people will underestimate him. Russ turns around and then quickly turns back to Winston, with a cobra head. This scares Winston half to death. Russ asked if that was surprising and Winston did agree, but he didn't think it would work for the general audience. Russ is a little offended and says that it could be a good chance to educate the public. He says his venom doesn't kill, it only paralyzes the criminals for a few hours, so it'll be easier for the cops to put them in jail.
Winston said he'll think about it. Winston is about to walk out until Russ blocks him. He asks if they can talk about it. Winston refuses and this angers Russ. Russ' head turns into a cobra head and starts to chase Winston. Winston calls for security, but Russ grabs him and tries to bite him. Winston blocks the bite with Russ' arm, causing Russ to bite himself. Winston tries to run to the door, but Russ blocks it. Then, Winston backs up right in front of an open window. Russ gives him a choice, suicide or snake bite. Russ approaches Winston, but then, his arm can't move. Then, the rest of Russ' body can't move, he was paralyzed.
Then, the security guard came in. Winston sarcastically says he's just in time. He fires the security guard and leaves.
Return of the Supers[]
All of the Supers go to a memorial service for the Supers who died ever since they were forced underground.
Mr. Incredible starts saying that it wasn't an easy fit for Simon Paladino to be a Super. He was serious and wasn't naturally engaging. Mr. Incredible points out his eyes, that Simon could see amazing details, see through some surfaces, and even burn right through metal. His power mixed with his personality made him an outcast. Simon tried to hide his powers but some of the Supers heard about it and wanted to talk him in to being a Super. They told him to make what's odd about him an asset. Mr. Incredibles came up with the name Gazerbeam. Simon didn't like it at first but started to grow on it. Mr. Incredible had a club that wanted Gazerbeam to join and he accepted. He soon became a first-class crime-fighter.
After supers went underground, he used his alter-ego to fight for superhero rights. Unfortunately, adapting to civilian life was hard for Gazerbeam to adapt to. He wanted to be useful. Syndrome exploited that desire and weakness to attract Gazerbeam and other supers to kill them. Mr. Incredibles says he would've become another victim if Gazerbeam hadn't put the password in the cave. What's worse is that the supers were and still are in hiding. It weakens them that they were separate. They all had engines with energy to burn and engines don't like being idle. If they block energy from going forward, it will drive them backward. The supers must always support what's best in them. They should embrace the desire to help people. They look into the day when supers are allowed to rejoin society. In the meantime, they'll hide and wait for that day to come.
Now, they take a moment to remember many of the supers who died only wanting to help.
