The mansion is built on a large plot of land, which is surrounded by an electric fence. The mansion itself sits atop a hill, overlooking the surrounding areas that are covered in grass. Appearances[]

The Incredibles[]

After defeating the Omnidroid v.8 on Nomanisan Island, Bob Parr goes to the mansion to have a tear in his blue supersuit fixed by Edna. When he shows the suit to Edna, she thinks the suit is outdated since a hole has been torn through it. Instead of fixing the suit, Edna decides to create a new suit for not only Bob, but for his family, including Jack-Jack, who is presumed to not have powers. Bob wants his new suit to have a cape, but Edna prohibits this, citing numerous deaths of Supers due to their cape. Edna also begrudgingly agrees to fix the suit, for 'sentimental reasons'.

While Bob is out on his second assignment to Nomanisan Island, Helen notices the sewn-up tear where Edna fixed the old suit while vacuuming in Bob's private office. She calls Edna, and Edna tells her to visit. At the mansion, she talks to Edna and learns she created matching suits for the entire Parr family, each outfitted with a tracking device. Edna shows her the suits her high-tech design studio and demonstrates the main features of each suit. When she questions whatever reason, she could have for making them, Edna makes her question whether or not she really knows what Bob has been up to. Helen calls Insuricare and they reveal he has been unemployed for 2 months. Edna then offers Helen the tracking device, which shows that Bob is somewhere in the South Pacific, nowhere near where she thought Bob was. Already suspicious that Bob has been having an affair with another woman, she breaks down crying. Edna responds by hitting her over the head with a newspaper, telling her to pull herself together and confront her problems. Edna tells her to visit again sometime, and Helen leaves to go back home and prepare for her mission to rescue Bob.

Incredibles 2[]

A sleep-deprived Bob shows up to Edna's mansion with Jack-Jack. Edna is furious that Elastigirl is wearing a costume made by a different designer, being Alexander Galbaki. She initially refuses as she does not see herself as a babysitter. However, once Jack-Jack exhibits a few of his powers, including mimicking her facial features, she accepts Jack-Jack from a sleep-deprived Bob. She examines Jack-Jack's to determine what features his supersuit should possess and is astounded by the wide array of powers he possesses.

The next day, she demonstrates to Bob how Jack-Jack's suit functions in response to a few of his powers. She gives Bob a tablet that alerts the user when Jack-Jack is about to use one or more of his powers, so they can be controlled. She does not charge Bob, on the condition that she remains their exclusive suit designer, in response to Galbaki designing the suit Devtech gave to Helen. Edna promises that she can watch Jack-Jack anytime and for free.

Auntie Edna[]

Edna tells Bob that filling in for Helen is challenging, telling him to drive safely while she takes care of Jack-Jack. Edna initially enjoys studying Jack-Jack's powers, once he starts exhibiting his more aggressive powers, she struggles to control him. Jack-Jack's sparkler form causes the entire mansion's electricity to be shut down, including the laser gate at the entrance, which enables a couple of rabbits to sneak in. After Edna runs out of cookies to give to the Jack-Jack clones, he attacks her, and Edna is forced to lock herself in the testing chamber. After Jack-Jack falls asleep, she goes about producing his supersuit, and has him try it on. Bob returns the next day to pick him up and is told by Edna that he does not have to pay her. Later, Edna notices Jack-Jack, likely a clone of himself, next to her, and Edna runs after Bob thinking that he forgot his son.
