Mrs. Hogenson after being denied her insurance claim by Bob.
Mrs. Hogenson is upset that her claim is being denied by Bob Parr. Therefore, she reacts by sobbing obnoxiously and blowing her nose, doing so loudly. However, Bob manages to cheer her up by telling her how to solve her issue, while pretending he cannot. Mrs. Hogenson graciously tries to thank him, but he quickly silences her and shouts that he cannot help her, so that everyone on the floor can hear him. He then has her pretend to be upset as she leaves with his insurance policy loophole just before Gilbert Huph arrives to angrily scold his underling.
