Mister Skipperdoo also known as Mr. Skipperdoo, is a main character in the 2005 animated The Incredibles short, Mr. Incredible and Pals. Mister Skipperdoo doesn't make an appearance in any other form of Incredibles medium. In the short, he plays Mr. Incredible and Frozone's animal sidekick. He has no lines in the four-minute short, but often communicates to Mr. Incredible and Frozone by hopping up and down.
