Biography[]
Shock and Awe appear near the end of The Incredibles 2 as one of the attendees of Winston Deavor's legalization of supers.
Shock and Awe are aspiring Supers with the ability to manipulate electricity. Despite their wishes to be Supers, they were unable to do so because the act of vigilantism was illegal. However, Winston Deavor presumably gave Shock and Awe some assistance, as they appeared at Deavor's Super legalization ceremony after the defeat of Screenslaver.
