The thief on roof is a minor character in The Incredibles.
When Mr. Incredible corners a thief on a rooftop, the low-life pulls a pistol. Then—Pow! Elastigirl shows up and punches the thief's lights out. As she and Mr. Incredible argue about who nabbed the no-good, the thief wakes up. "Hey, look, the lady got me first," he says. Pow! Elastigirl puts him out again, proving it's dangerous to get between two arguing Supers.
